**Key Accountabilities**
- Maintains the prioritisation of the overall programme of strategic industrial projects through continuously aligning to the organisation’s and PU’s strategic direction
- Manages interdependencies within the programme
- Develops the overall programme plan (high level plans to guide detailed planning)
- Develops and manages project policies and procedures
- Provides overall programme vision and leadership to PMs and programme collaborators
- Coordinates communication across projects within the programme
- Monitors against targets the progress of the overall programme goals, schedules, budgets and benefits
- Supports the PMs with governance, keeping record of and following up on agreed actions
- Coordinates PMs and programme collaborators, including resolving resource constraints and/ or conflicts that affect multiple projects within the programme
- Manages the programme’s stakeholder communications
- Provides programme assurance, through transparent reporting of the programme’s components/ projects
- Works in harmony with industrial sales directors from each geography and functional leaders

**Summary Decision Rights**
- Acts as an Integral stakeholder and key decision-maker throughout the life of each project within the industrial programme
- Makes recommendations (e.g., interventions, termination of projects) in order to remain aligned with the business objectives
- Implements agreed interventions when required
- Involvement in the selection, management and deployment of shared or dedicated resources

**Job Holder Requirements (Minimum education, experience & capabilities)**

Education- University degree require. Master’s degree in Business Administration or other advanced degree is a plus.
- Project, Programme and Portfolio Management and Agile Project Management professional qualifications desired
- Written and oral fluency in English

Experience- Demonstrated extensive experience in programme/ project/ PMO activities
- Experience in delivering multiple projects across functions
- Experience of able communication at all levels
- Proven coordination experience, with cross/ multi-disciplined teams across a large geographic footprint
- Proven ability in creating, leading, developing & energising diverse teams
- Experience in project scheduling, meeting facilitation and performance tracking
- Prior experience of working with Industrial and/or B2B customers and products would be a significant benefit
- Wider general management and cross-cultural experience would be a significant benefit

Skills & Competencies- Microsoft Office proficiency (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams )
- Exposure to agile enterprise software tools would be a significant benefit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage very diverse stakeholders from each geography and functions
- Ability to challenge conventional methods of working, examine multiple options to take on innovation and new solutions
- Ability to drive change to through interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
- Ability to manage multiple/conflicting priorities with a track record of delivery
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, able to build networks, share knowledge, develop, maintain and build new relationships at all levels
- Strong leadership skills, able to energise others to support delivery objectives
- Understanding of B2B global dynamics, trends, regulatory environment desirable
