**Project Assistant**

**Central London**

**Fantastic opportunity to join a large building services contractor who deliver sustainable and viable energy generation, distribution, and consumption management projects. The Project Assistant is an administrative role, mainly responsible for the collation and management of Quality Assurance of project documentation.**

**Project Assistant Duties**:

- The integral link between the site team and the operational lead
- Male sure all documents are emended were required and uploaded to the documents management system ensuring an ordered/coherent process is followed of document retrieval, version control, storage and archive
- For all new projects, implement a fieldView based system for all QA documentation
- Ensuring all QA documentation is logged/filed and sub-contractors are chased to provide their documents
- Liaise with the line manager to ensure that the process for document control, and the document management system is aligned with QMS
- Undertake general site admin duties as a point of first contact with clients and stakeholders
- Support the site manager and/or project manager in any tasks that are reasonable to undertake.

**Project Assistant Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
- FieldView experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of creating and managing spreadsheet
- Proficient understanding of the requirements of a document management system
