Caffe Grande Abaco are looking for applicants suited to a shift-leader role, the role will be 8 hour shift over 4/5 days a week various shifts on a rolling rota basis. We operate over 7 days a week start times from 6.30am, finish times upto 23.30 shift dependent.

This position contributes to our success by ensuring customers are met with prompt service, quality beverages and product knowledge. This position also includes additional responsibilities needed to help the management with daily operating procedures, such as maintaining quality store operations, maximising financial contributions, supervising and clear direction to ensure company policies are adhered to and development of the team members.

- Maintain quality store operations 
- Assists with accounting and banking responsibilities.  
- Acts as a role model while providing guidance and training to store partners on all the performance   expectations.
- Ensures team members adhere to the meal and rest break policy.  
- Regularly communicates store and team member concerns with Management in an effective  way.
- Follow standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing all products. 
- Follows inventory stocking and recording guidelines. 
- Use and show initiative when dealing with customer queries
- Act with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes our culture
- Works quickly, calmly and efficiently at all times
- Constantly evaluates the store and customers’ needs
- Builds and develops colleague and customer relationships
- Is consistently reliable and punctual
- Speaks good English and has excellent communication skills
- Complies with dress code, follows hygiene, health and safety procedures
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and during holiday periods. A 6 week rolling rota is in place for this position so it is easy to plan your days/weekend off.
