**Management Accountant - North Lincolnshire - £30,000 - £43,000**
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with fast growing, business in North Lincolnshire who are seeking a proactive Management Accountant to join their team. You will assist in the production of the weekly and monthly accounts, stock reporting and prepareKPI reporting. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual wanting to join a successful fast paced growing business. **Management Accountant Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of weekly flash accounts reporting, including detailed variance analysis and commentary
- Preparing cost centre schedules and controls for fixed overheads
- Analysing actual spends compared to budget for each business area
- Produce weekly KPI packs for management meetings
- Preparing balance sheet reconciliations for presentation
- Analyse finance and non-finance information to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Review purchasing spends
- Maintaining the fixed asset register
- Ensuring all related spends are accurate and up to date
- Identifying insight spends and liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficiency

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar management accounts role
- Driven individual who is a qualified or part qualifiedaccountant
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the business
- Strong reconciliation and analysis skills
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage own workload
- Ability to multitask in a changing environment
- Must be computer literate including on excel
