Inventory & Forecast Planner

Role and Responsibilities
- Review and maintain the forecasting for all channels
- Regularly liaise with commercial team to ensure all sales plans are known and updated
- Develop, monitor and report on forecast accuracy for A,B,C rank items
- Maintain and improve the company's inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics to determine which products are selling and which are not
- Perform research on a wide range of inventory-related reports, from previous inventory reports to sales trends
- Perform regular inventory reconciliation activity
- Draft inventory reports that document inventory counts, discrepancies, and other statistical data
- Report inventory statistics to management and suggest improvements to inventory control
- Coordinate with other business partners to resolve discrepancies between inventory and revenue
- Create and maintain inventory databases and systems for accurately managing inventory

What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be highly analytical, with a Head Office experience background in Inventory/Demand/Forecast Planner/Analyst environment, who has an eye for detail and a love of numbers. Very high standard of Excel and communicationskills are essential as is experience of working in a multi-channel FMCG environment.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Degree level education, leaning towards business and operations sectors

Proficient in Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills
