The Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing is looking to recruit two experienced Personal Assistants to work in the Faculty Executive.

The Faculty of Education, Health and Wellbeing is looking to recruit two experienced Personal Assistants to work in the Faculty Executive.

Working in a fast-paced and changing environment, you will be an integral part of a friendly and supportive team that supports senior academic members of the faculty. The role involves:

- organisation, co-ordination and servicing of Faculty and School committees and meetings
- co-ordination and support for key Faculty events, including keynote lectures, away days and graduation ceremonies
- arranging meetings, travel arrangements, catering, and car parking.

The post is full-time and permanent, however we do offer flexible working and would consider part-time hours.

You will not be required to hold PA experience but have a willingness to learn on the job and complete on the job training as well as meeting the needs and demands of the business.

The Faculty PA role is ideal for someone who:

- enjoys working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- can manage their own workload and deliver to deadlines
- has the drive to deliver superb customer service
- can deal effectively with a range of people at a senior level, both within the University and with external partners
- has demonstrable experience of supporting committees, meetings and events
- has proven excellent administrative, IT, inter-personal and communication skills
- has experience of dealing with information of a sensitive and confidential nature.
