Architectural Technologist

Extension Plans Uk is looking to expand its team at its office in Keighley, West Yorkshire.

The position is for a Architectural Technologist, experience with Residential projects in the UK is required, an understanding of general permitted development and building regulations is also essential.

The position is a permanent position at the company.

The job role will include,
- Discussing proposals with clients
- Drawing existing and proposed planning drawings
- Producing Building regulation Drawings

We require a team member who has experience with using Revit, and knowledge of the planning process.
