**The opportunity**:
**Key tasks include**:

- To undertake fee-earning work, working both independently, with mínimal supervision, and as a member of the team.
- To maintain existing relations with the firm’s clients and assist and help develop new relationships with third-party referrers.
- Advising on all Family law matters including divorce, property and finances, children’s issues, and cohabitation as well as pre-nuptial agreements and mediation.
- Advising on settlement agreements.
- Represent and liaise with both parties.
- A willingness to participate in the growth and future development of the Team, assisting in building up the client base and marketing the firm’s legal services.
- To comply with any direction or instruction in the Firm’s Practice Manual regarding client care.

- Self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook
- Empathic communicator, able to see things from other’s point of view.
- Knowledge of contentious and non-contentious employment law
- At least 18 months PQE
- Personable team player
