Receptionist (Ambassador)

**Ambassador / Receptionist**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, warm and empathetic experienced ambassador (receptionist) to join the team at Came Down Golf Club.

This new position is part of the strategy to transform the Club for the future, and to give it members, guest and visitors a best-in-class welcome and experience.

**Some of the main duties and activities are**:

- Warmly greeting and acknowledging members, guests and visitors
- Take bookings and organising society days, small events, lunches and dinners
- Diary management for the club, and scheduling events in the relevant golfing apps
- Execute daily Ambassador checklists
- Taking payments for members, guests and visitors
- Create a brilliant first impression for new members and support all their joining needs
- Ensure all visitors and guests have a great experience and all surveys are completed
- And any other duties that may be required by the Club House Operations Manager, to whom this role will report

**Job type**:Part time or full-time

**Salary**:Competitive hourly rate £11.75

**Working hours**: Flexible, including a min of one day at the weekend

**Benefits**:Reduced fees or Free golf club membership and 28 days leave per annum or prorated including public holidays

**Golf**: An interest in golf is a bonus but not essential
