**Technical Sales Assistant at Supplement Factory**

**The Role**:
We are currently in search of a dedicated Technical Sales Assistant (TSA) to bolster our Business Development Manager (BDM) team. As a TSA, your core mission will be to provide unwavering support and assistance to a designated BDM, ensuring seamless project execution from conception to completion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with suppliers to effectively source ingredients and packaging in line with our clients' visions.
- Support our BDM in crafting client quotes, formulations, and pitches.
- Prepare pricing structures, while engaging in negotiations with suppliers to ensure the most competitive rates.
- Provide vital administrative support.
- Prepare and dispatch product samples.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer artworks.
- Keep CPAs current, ensuring project timelines are strictly adhered to.
- Engage in market research, keeping an eye on competitors and identifying emerging trends and opportunities.
- Support in targeting new business prospects and crafting compelling pitches alongside your BDM.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Minimum of two years in an administrative assistant role.
- Exceptional telephone manner with some negotiation experience.
- Flawless written English with a professional touch.
- Prior experience in sales administration is an advantage, especially if familiar with CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Offering a competitive package of £25,000 per annum.

This is an office-based position requiring your presence 5 days a week in our Ashford office.
