**About Us**
Coastfields Leisure Ltd is one of the largest family-owned holiday park and leisure operators on the Lincolnshire Coast, with venues between Skegness and Mablethorpe. We are committed to providing excellent facilities and exciting new developments for our customers.
We are looking for exceptional (preferably experienced) Receptionists, for our busy park based at our Coastfields Holiday Village, Ingoldmells, Lincolnshire, to assist with various reception and administration duties.
These roles are full time and seasonal roles but we will also consider applicants who wish to work these seasonal roles part-time.
**About The Role**
Main duties will include but not limited to:
- Supporting the Reception Supervisor, Park Manager and the rest of Reception.
- Front of house checking in/out guests.
- Handling large volumes of calls.
- Dealing with enquiries from Internal and External Customers.
- Reception duties, handling guest queries and answering the telephone.
- Cash Handling and Banking.
Previous experience in a similar environment would be a distinct advantage. You will have excellent telephone manner, time management, customer service skills and be computer literate. Above all you will have a positive outlook and disposition, remain calm under pressure, and be able to work both on your own initiative and within a team in a very busy department.
Working hours to be discussed during interview and these roles will include Weekends and Bank Holidays.
