**This is no normal Kitchen role We need someone with cooking and nutrition experience, who can work in a team within a residential setting and be empowering and passionate in supporting adults to make positive changes in their drug and alcohol lifestyle choices. Hours are part-time, 22.5 hours per week, with specific hours to be agreed. For example, it could be agreed to work 5 x mornings, or 2.5 days per week etc.**:

We are looking for a special kind of person who wants to make a difference in peoples lives. Could this be you?

Your role would include the following:

- To oversee all aspects of health and safety within the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety law.
- To create nutritious and varied menus
- To oversee stock rotation and storage
- To complete a weekly food order
- To support the residents to develop their knowledge around food hygiene and food preparation
- To aid the service users in the kitchen department to prepare food for the day
