We are seeking a Veterinary Receptionist (Client Care Assistant) to join our Guildford practice in a permanent role, 40 hours per week. **Skills and experience**
Reception and Administration experience is essential, you’ll also receive support and training. You must share our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you’ll also take the initiative in customer service and have caring, thoughtful communication skills. Essential Attributes: Presentable Empathetic Good written English Computer literate Outgoing Able to solve problems Good telephone skills and manner Engaging manner with clients and team members Animal lover No unspent criminal convictions. Previous veterinary receptionist experience is desirable but not essential.
**Branch**
The clinic is situated on the outskirts of Guildford, famous for its historic cobbled high street. Our team currently consists of 1 vet surgeon, 1 Head Nurse, 1 RVN, 1 student Nurse and 2 receptionists. As a very close team they do treasure the occasional pizza lunch Our clinic is spacious has recently undergone a refurbishment and is well equipped, with digital xrays, modern in-house laboratory testing facilities, ultrasound, two operating theatres, separate cat, dog and isolation wards. On site out of hours service provided by Vets Now, allowing for continuity of care for our patients.
