Morrison Water Services are looking to recruit a Bid Coordinator to work with our Business Services team.
The production and coordination of high quality and innovative pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and tender responses for projects within existing frameworks, one-off projects and strategic frameworks.
Morrison Water Services work across the water, wastewater and MEICA sectors. The role entails working as part of the bid team preparing PQQs and tender responses in order to secure future work for the Water Division.
This role is Home Based with occasional National travel when required.
You will be responsible for helping support writing responses to qualitative questions to PQQs and tenders in the water, wastewater and MEICA sectors. You will coordinate across the bid team and wider business to produce PQQs and tenders within defined timescales. You will help ensure that final tender responses are fully compliant with the tender requirements.
You will be responsible for assisting with the submission of completed tender documentation. This will be done in accordance with bid deadlines and tender instructions, including submissions through online e-procurement portals. You will need to work with the designed Bid Manager (BDM / Director / Other) to continually improve content, design and production of MGS business PQQ & Tender submissions.
Are you educated to degree level or higher education? We will also accept strong evidence of good career progression in complex administration role.
Do you have experience of working on bids and proposals?
Are you able to coordinate multiple tasks?
Have you gained any experience of working within a bid team within the water, wastewater and MEICA sectors or service sector such as engineering? (desirable)
Do you have experience of working on bids and proposals?
Are you able to co-ordinate and manage and complex PQQ’s and bid submissions?
Editorial / copy editing experience to maintain quality of submissions (desirable)
