As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live, you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the CHART Kirklees service for the role of a full time Recovery Coordinator within the Alcohol Team. You will be based predominantly in Dewsbury but will need to be flexible to work across Kirklees including in community venues.
**Responsibilities**:
The post holder will be committed to a positive, holistic and empowering approach to care co-ordination and will work with service users to initiate recovery from drug dependence, to enable service users to build their own recovery capital and to support them to move into long-term sustained recovery and social (re)integration.
