Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity exists for a Bereavement Adviser to work within our Estate Administration Services Team.

The applicant will be required to respond to demanding enquiries & deadlines whilst being able to identify customer estate administration needs & provide the appropriate support & guidance at an extremely sensitive time.

**Job Description**:

- A hybrid role currently working three days per week from the office in Abingdon, Oxfordshire & two days per week from home.

. Role is a primarily telephone based role which requiring excellent communication skills & office related
- Able to build relationships with recently bereaved families & with colleagues across LBG & its partners.
- Perform varied administrative tasks (e.g. Collate information relating to the deceased's estate, identify & mitigate any associated risks).
- Work within current processes, systems, and procedures to create, organise & maintain files.
- Work collaboratively with our Technical Support team & remote Bereavement Mangers
- Uses the full functionality of standard office software as required to prepare routine letters, memoranda, reports and similar documents following detailed instructions.
- Accomplishes work objectives by determining own work schedule, whilst collaborating with other team members.
