Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Export Co-ordinator to join our client based in Stafford. The Export Co-ordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year

Working days/hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 17pm and Friday 8.30am - 15.45 pm

**Duties**:
Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Using our SAP system to process orders received from international customers.
- Ensure a smooth service for our customers.
- Container and transport planning.
- Production of all customs documentation to ensure smooth transport.

**Skills**:
Essential Skills:

- Strong IT skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail, organised and methodical
- Able to solve problems
- Customer Focused
- Knowledge of customs documentation/processes
- Previous knowledge of SAP (strongly advantageous)
