**General Job Description**

Perform daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and mopping. Make beds, change linens and ensure guest rooms are well presented and inviting. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring high standards of hygiene. Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a seamless and efficient housekeeping operation. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.

**About you**

The experience and knowledge we are looking for from the Housekeeper include
- Helps to deliver amazing customer experiences.
- Be proactive and makes things happen.
- Be flexible to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Be available to work bank holidays, Easter, Christmas, etc

**What’s Involved?**
- Ensure all hotel bedrooms and suites are cleaned and sanitised to a high standard including the changing of bed linen.
- Ensure all rooms, suites, corridors and public areas are presented to the highest standard and in line with company expectations.
- Inspect hotel regularly to ensure it meets all Health and Safety standards
