Membership Sales Consultant

Are you passionate about changing people’s lives? Do you like delivering excellent customer service and have a proven track record in sales? We are looking for friendly, driven individuals to join our exciting pre sale for a new gym launch in mid Feb 2024.

**Duties**:

- Generate leads for new member sales
- Actively promote and sell memberships to potential customers via calls and face to face tours
- Provide exceptional customer service to all members and guests
- Conduct tours of the facility and explain membership benefits focussing on explaining the benefits and value offered in each membership category.
- Assist with membership inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong negotiation, persuasion and overcoming objection abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using computer systems and software

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tooting: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)

Work Location: In person
