We're looking for a **Technical Administrator** to join our Anglian Water based in Norwich/ Ipswich

**Location**: Can be based from either** **Norwich or Ipswich office, mixture of office and some home working

**Contract**: Permanent, full time

**What will you be responsible for?**

As a Technical Administrator you'll be working within the Anglian Water team, supporting them with administrative duties regarding the Kier Fleet on the contract.

Your day to day will include:

- Manage fleet compliance including MOTs, servicing, defect repair, fuel card allocations and monitoring telematcics for driving standards
- Assist in collating/ producing reports and dashboards from information available. Reconciling data and investigating data errors and correcting data
- To maintain the Kier fleet register of hired in vehicles, processing on and off hire requests for leased vehicles including short term hires
- To assist in checking HGV drivers' hours, downloading tachographs/ digital cards/ collating written records, uploading to the Management platform and producing exception reports

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Technical Administrator is great for you if you hold:

- Experience working within a similar role in a busy environment with deadlines
- Good IT skills particuarly in Excel for producing reports
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when updating databases/ administrative tasks
