Liveability Voids Surveyor

HYBRID WORKING

Fox Morris are working with London Borough of Lambeth Council in relations to finding a Liveability Voids Surveyor to start work ASAP

**Responsibilities**
- To draw up specifications for each void, according to the standards used by Lambeth Council for secure tenancy and temporary accommodation homes.
- To liaise with and instruct Lambeth Council’s supply chain of contractors to carry out the works using the correct software, eg Northgate.
- To monitor the performance of the contractor to ensure Void KPIs are met.
- To post-inspect works completed and raise any under-performance with the contractor. To process a set number of void properties each month to be agreed as part of the KPI package with line management.

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

**Salary**: £230.00-£287.68 per day
