We are looking for a fees clerk for a childrens nursery.

- Maintain accurate records and update databases
- Assist with accounts payable tasks, including processing invoices and payments
- Prepare financial reports using accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed

- Proven experience as a clerk or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software (Sage, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

- bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
