- A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a **Talented Night Supervisor** to join a **Prominent 4 Star Boutique Hotel, Spa & Wedding Venue** based on the outskirts of the Beautiful and Historic Town of **Thame**, only 13 miles away from Oxford Central.
- Set in 300 acres of Glorious Oxfordshire Countryside, to be considered for this exciting opportunity you must possess a **Strong Customer Focus**, **Excellent Communication Skills** and an **Understanding of Security Issues **relevant to Hotels.
- Have a good level of working ability across all areas of the Reception.
- Have a strong work ethic.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a team or alone.
- Build effective and constructive relationships.
- Lead by example.
- Be comfortable working night shifts.

**Key Responsibilities include;**
- Overall responsibility for the operation of the Reception during your shift.
- Light housekeeping tasks in main Reception.
- Check-in and out guests.
- Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- Ensuring high standards.
- Ensure consistency of service.
