Labourers & Decorators

**Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer & Decorator to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physical tasks to support our operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and is looking for a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

**Labourer Duties**:

- Assist with general construction tasks such as hacking walls & floors, lifting, and carrying materials
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed
- Perform basic painting and touch-up work
- Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safety and organization
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow

**Experience**:

- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Prior experience in labor-intensive roles is a plus
- Knowledge of basic painting techniques is desirable

**Decorator Duties**:

- Complete internal & external decorating work, including pointing.
- Necessary repairs, render, woodwork & pointing
- Stain block, mould clean/treatment

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £10.00-£20.68 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 32 per week

**Experience**:

- painting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CSCS & CIS ( Construction Industry Scheme) (preferred)
