Minor Orthopaedic Scrub

**Job Description: Minor Orthopaedic Scrub (ODP)**:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Minor Orthopaedic Scrub (ODP) to join our team at Circle Health Group. This is a temporary position based at The Sloane Hospital, located at 125 Albemarle Rd, Beckenham, Greater London, BR3 5HS.

As a Minor Orthopaedic Scrub (ODP), your primary responsibility will be to assist the surgical team during orthopaedic procedures. You will ensure that the operating theatre is prepared and all necessary equipment and instruments are available. You will also assist with patient positioning, draping, and the sterile handling of instruments and supplies.

This temporary position is available from 01/02/2024 to 01/02/2024, with a shift start time of 07:30:00 and shift end time of 20:00:00. The payment rate for this role is £362.88 per shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting the surgical team during orthopaedic procedures
- Ensuring the operating theatre is properly prepared
- Ensuring all necessary equipment and instruments are available
- Assisting with patient positioning and draping
- Maintaining sterile conditions during procedures
- Handling instruments and supplies in a sterile manner
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels of surgical supplies
- Adhering to healthcare regulations and guidelines
- Providing support and assistance to other healthcare professionals in the operating theatre

**Requirements**:

- Relevant qualification as an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP)
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within orthopaedic surgery
- Excellent knowledge of surgical instruments, equipment, and procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
