About us

Citizens Advice Calderdale is a vital community resource dedicated to providing support, guidance, and assistance to individuals in need. We are currently seeking two advice caseworkers in a newly funded project targeted at supporting clients in most need.

Purpose of the post

As a caseworker you will provide clients with advice and assistance across a range of welfare benefits, debts, energy and other general advice themes. This includes managing a caseload and assisting with the completion of various forms.
