QA Technician

Alexander Steele are working in partnership with a multi site, innovative food manufacturer who are going through a period of growth. Due to recent expansion they are looking for a QA Technician to join their team.

**The role**:
As QA Technician you will ensure that products created and supplied meet Technical, quality and food safety standards, are in line with legislations and agreed specifications.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation
- Ensure all quality and food safety systems are operated throughout the business, are fully documented and meet BRC requirements and legislation
- Ensure all designated tasks are completed within time-scales given
- Develop excellent relationships with customers
- Support with customer complaints including establishing root causes and identifying corrective action
- Prepare for customer visits and audits
- Experience working in a Quality Assurance environment within Food Manufacturing
- HACCP and Food Safety is essential for this role
- Must be PC literate
- Good communication - both verbal and written
