As part of our continued growth journey, we're looking for a new colleague to join as Copywriter as part of the Global Brand & Communications team.

We’re looking for an experienced, ambitious, and creative wordsmith who can help create, optimise, and scale Planday’s content to support our global marketing and communications. Aside from working closely with your passionate and fun colleagues in Marketing, you’ll also be working closely with other internal stakeholders such as Product Engineering and Customer Support, to ensure our communications are aligned and optimized across all brand touchpoints and channels.

**Some of your tasks include**:

- Creating captivating headlines, taglines, thought leadership, and calls-to-action that drive engagement and conversions
- Creating short, digestible video scripts that tell our story, promote our product, and targets our key audiences in a concise, bold and human manner
- Ensuring brand consistency and tone of voice across all channels and brand touchpoints
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise, and engaging content tailored to our audience
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in copywriting to continuously improve the effectiveness of our messaging
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and marketers, to ensure alignment on messaging and goals

**Requirements**:
For this role, we're looking for someone with strong writing and storytelling skills. We would expect you to be detail-orientated, possess great stakeholder and time-management skills, and have a strategic and creative mind that understands the purpose of content and can juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

**Additionally, we would like you to have**:

- 5+ years of experience as a copywriter, preferably in the tech/ B2B/SaaS industry (experience from marketing agencies is considered a plus)
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (additional German skills are considered a plus)
- A demonstrated ability to distil complex information and key messages into concise, engaging, and persuasive content
- Excellent understanding of how to write content for a specific target audience, incorporating tone of voice guidelines
- Outstanding editing and proofreading skills
- The ability to effectively collaborate with various teams, providing the most useful guidance in a collaborative manner
