Buyer (Propety)

The Buyer (Property) is a new role for Stonegate Group, reflecting the amount of investment + refurbishment we are putting into our Estate of Pubs, Bars and Late-night venues nationally. Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Buyer will support our extensive programme of property redevelopment by working with the Property Team to identify key areas within our Capex spend that require review.

The Buyer will be re-sourcing and simplifying procurement to deliver great quality, sustainable and commercially suitable products for our market leading Capex programme. You will be accountable for delivering the procurement plan within the Property function, which will also include our repairs and maintenance needs.

**We’re looking for an experienced, CIPS qualified Buyer with significant experience within property procurement (including contract and supplier management), great Project Management exposure and with good influencing skills to work with both internal and external stakeholders.**

Our new Buyer for Property will ensure that savings, compliance and NPD are delivered whilst ensuring the customer is at the heart of our thinking
