**Trust Housing Association** has a fantastic opportunity for a **Sheltered Housing Coordinator / Domestic** **to join our team based in **Langholm**.** **You will join on a **part-time, permanent**basis, and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary. **This role will also include Domestic duties that will account for **4 of the contracted hours per week.**

**In return for your enthusiasm and commitment as our Sheltered Housing Coordinator / Domestic, we will offer you**:

- £13.58 - £14.68 per hour for Coordinator role and £10.42 per hour for Domestic role- Contracted 16.5 hours per week - 12.5 hours in Sheltered Coordinator role and 4 hrs in Domestic role- Access to paid Training and vocational qualification- Flexible working, covering shifts as and when required for staff absences- Paid PVG check

Primarily serving older people in our communities we also provide housing for families and individuals. We have over 3,600 households across the length and breadth of Scotland, from the Highlands and Islands all the way down to the Borders.
**What we’re looking for in our Sheltered Housing Coordinator / Domestic**:
As a Sheltered Housing Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants. Promoting and supporting independent living, you will develop a professional and caring relationship with individuals, providing advice and assistance linked to their individual support plan. In addition, you will build positive working relationships with colleagues in other agencies such as health care and social work.

Within your role as a **Domestic**, you will ensure our housing development is maintained at a high standard, you should be self-motivated and want to achieve high levels of cleanliness
