We are a well-established Chartered Surveying, Land and Property Agent business with an experienced team offering our clients a comprehensive, professional and friendly service and operate from a single office in the historic market town of Bishop’s Waltham. We require an administrator to provide support to two directors and two surveyors, working alongside another administrator within our busy office.

We require someone with a ‘can do’ attitude who can meet deadlines and is able to prioritise. You must be confident and proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, have good attention to detail and possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience would be helpful but not essential. Could also suit college leaver or parent.

**Duties**:

- Assisting in the administration for sales, lettings and management of property
- Typing from dictation (both verbally and electronically)
- Answering the telephone in a polite and timely manner and fielding calls
- Greeting visitors in the reception area
- Filing (electronically & manually), Photocopying and Scanning
- Diary management
- Upkeep of the stationery
- Management of our website

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: Flexible between 4-5 hours per day totalling to 20-25 hours per week

Start Date: August/September

Salary - competitive salary dependent on experience.

Pay: £17,077.91-£26,144.93 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
