Boat Builder

Are you a skilled boat builder looking for an exciting opportunity to work within the picturesque Norfolk Broads? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team at Herbert Woods, a leading hire boatyard, in maintaining our fleet of existing cruisers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform minor to major repair work on existing cruisers, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
- Conduct laminating and carpentry tasks as needed for repair and restoration projects.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment to complete tasks efficiently.
- Participate in trial runs to ensure the functionality and safety of repaired vessels.
- Assist with general boatyard duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a boat builder or in a similar role within the marine industry.
- Proficiency in laminating, carpentry, and other relevant boat building skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays during the season.

Our team at Herbert Woods enjoy burger days once a month and other treats. Free on-site parking and some uniform will be supplied.
