- **About**_: Bathbnbs is a small, local company based in Bath, Somerset, specializing in short-term holiday rental properties. Our properties are conveniently located in Bath city centre, with two properties being just a 5-minute walking distance apart. We take pride in providing our guests with a seamless and memorable experience during their stay. To achieve this, we are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to ensure each property is in perfect condition for every guest upon arrival.**Responsibilities**:_

**Pre-arrival preparation**:You need to collect your clean linen for your properties from our in-house linen facility at the start of each working week. We will have all your bedding washed, dried and ironed in our laundry facility in central Bath, just requiring you to collect at the start of each week. This will make your shifts at the property quick and seamless. It is essential you can be self-organised here.

**Cleaning and Preparation**: The Property Manager will be responsible for changing bedsheets, depositing dirty ones back to our linen drop off site, and ensuring that the entire property is spotlessly clean and well-presented for each guest arrival. Note we have a high guest turnover (usually with a 2-3 night stay) therefore the cleaning is usually more streamlined, with the final touches making all the difference.

**Inventory Management**: Regularly check and manage the inventory of each property, ensuring that all essential supplies and amenities are stocked and readily available for guests.

**Photo Documentation**: Take high-quality photos of each property after every cleaning session to maintain an accurate representation of the property's condition and assist with marketing efforts.

**Time Management**: Efficiently manage working hours to complete cleaning and preparation tasks within the specified time frame of **10AM to 15PM**.

**Quality Control**: Pay meticulous attention to detail to maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation across all properties.

**Self-Sufficiency**: Be a reliable and self-sufficient individual, capable of managing time effectively and independently to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

**Punctuality**: Demonstrate exceptional punctuality and reliability in adhering to the scheduled working hours.

**Attention to Detail**: Possess a keen eye for detail to ensure each property is in immaculate condition before guests' arrival.

**Cleaning Experience**: Prior experience in professional cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous.

**Time Management**: Efficiently manage time and workload to complete tasks within the specified timeframe.

**Self-Motivated**: Exhibit self-motivation and a proactive attitude towards maintaining property cleanliness and presentation.

**Communication**: Effective communication skills to report any property-related issues or requirements to the management.

**Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform light physical tasks such as hoovering, polishing and changing bedsheets.
