**Role Responsibilities**
- Responsible for providing confidential administrative support in the delivery of key HR services, such as employee relation meetings, recruitment, attendance records and contract amendments.
- Maintain and update accurate information in the HR system and produce relevant report in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
- Be the first point of contact for HR related queries and aim to resolve any problems whilst using initiative and with support from the external ER provider to ensure that urgent matters are handled proactively.

- Provide HR guidance and support for employee relations meetings with responsibility for preparing and distributing papers, taking and transcribing comprehensive and accurate minutes and ensuring that all relevant actions arising from meetings are handled as appropriate.
- To implement policies and procedures and propose necessary changes to practices.
- Completing new employees' onboarding process
- Full involvement in the employee lifecycle, contract variations, and processing leavers.
- Deliver necessary HR-related training and development in line with business requirements (using external resources if required)
- Collaborate with line managers to support in the recruitment of new employees.
- Supporting the senior management team in their objective to ensure the full engagement of staff across the organisation, and a real focus on everyone’s wellbeing.

**Person Specification**
- 3 to 4 years generalist HR experience.
- You will have built up an in-depth understanding of current employment legislation and best practice.
- Communication skills are vital, as are strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Knowledge and experience of Employment law and capable of offering support and guidance to staff at all levels preferred.
- Self-disciplined and able to work with the minimum of supervision.
- Be fully computer literate with mainstream software packages.
- Good analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
