An excellent opportunity has arisen for Multi-Trade Workers to join our team in Bolton. The main purpose of the role is to complete multi-trade/specific activities such as mould wash, painting & decorating, joinery, patch plastering, plumbing, and electrical works.

The work environment will be undertaking Property Maintenance work within peoples’ properties within the Northwest, mainly Manchester, Liverpool, and surrounding areas.

**What you’ll do**:

- Supporting site teams with all multi skilled activities ensure that materials and resources are suitably located to ensure good continuity of work
- Tiling, replacing individual wall tiles, removing and replacing grout, installing splash backs with a propriety trim and replacing individual floor tiles
- Knowledge in a variety of joinery tasks
- Minor plumbing
- General painting/decoration including mastic sealing
- General site duties in support of specific trades
