Our client’s Bar, Restaurant and 10 newly appointed luxurious rooms near St Austell, are seeking experienced Front of house and Housekeeping staff that want to work in this stunning operation that has recently added accommodation to their business operation.

You will have a proven track record in working in high standard operations, show willingness, an excellent positive attitude and passion for customer care.

You can get to the operation by bus from St Austell or it's a 15 min walk and 8-10 bicycle ride from the cente of St Austell. So easy options to get to work...

Key Responsibilities will include
- Hosting the restaurant with a relaxed friendly demeaner
- Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner
- Helping lead the team in delivering the best in food and beverage sales and service
- Understanding the menu & produce
- Communicate with restaurant and kitchen team
- Helping ensure the rooms are cleaned to the highest of standards
- Adhering to company Health and safety procedures
- Ensuring guest experience is outstanding
