As our Senior Estimator, youll be at the heart of our operations, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of our projects. You will leverage your expertise to analyse, estimate, and bid for various signage projects, ensuring we continue to deliver top-notch solutions to our clients.

**What You'll Do**:

- Tender Management**:

- Dive into tender documents, specifications, and drawings to understand the project scope.
- Craft detailed cost estimates and bid proposals, covering everything from labour to materials and equipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best pricing.
- Cost Estimation:

- Perform thorough quantity take-offs and cost analyses for diverse signage projects.
- Utilize cutting-edge estimating software and tools to deliver precise estimates.
- Ensure all your estimates meet our high standards and client requirements.
- Risk Assessment:

- Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities for each project.
- Offer insights and strategies to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
- Client Liaison:

- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and stakeholders to clarify project requirements.
- Attend client meetings and site visits to gather critical information and assess project conditions.
- Project Handover:

- Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless transitions from estimation to execution.
- Provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle to address any estimation-related challenges.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Experience:

- At least 3 years as an estimator in the signage industry.
- Proven track record in bidding for tendered work at a senior level and managing multiple complex projects.
- Technical Skills:

- Proficient in industry-specific estimating software and tools.
- Deep understanding of signage materials, fabrication processes, and installation techniques.
- Analytical Skills:

- Exceptional numerical and analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Competent in interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Communication:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.

**What we'll provide you with**:

- Full Time role, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday
