**Job Title**: Cover Supervisor

**Location**: Lambeth

**Position Type**: Temporary, Flexible Hours, Supply, Part time

**Salary**: £100-£130 per day

**About Us**: Are you passionate about education and looking for a dynamic role in a secondary school environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join a Secondary School we are working with in Lambeth. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the development of students in a supportive and engaging educational setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Ensure a positive and productive learning environment for students.
- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and activities.
- Manage student behaviour in line with the school's policies.
- Provide support to students with their learning and development.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure continuity in the learning process.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and engage with students effectively.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
