Billings Analyst

Billing Analyst required for a Southampton based Automotive company
**Your new role**
- Creation and distribution of accurate receivable transactions (invoices and credit notes) within the finance system from key source records
- Timely allocation of cash transactions based on remittances and other supporting records
- Checking and monitoring of customer's credit ratings
- Produce weekly reports on outstanding debt and distribute to key stakeholders, with actions for resolution
- Customer liaison to support query resolution and debt collection, both verbally and in written forms
- Set-up and maintenance of customer accounts and contract terms within the finance system
- Maintain and record direct debit collections, including a monthly reconciliation
