We are seeking to recruit for the position of **Electronic Gaming Host **at our Aspers Westfield Stratford City site.

**This position reports to the Head of Electronic Gaming, and your responsibilities will be**:

- To ensure that customer visits to Slot machine and Electronic Gaming provide excitement and entertainment through the delivery of outstanding customer service.
- To ensure the basic maintenance and appearance of designated areas.
- To report any malfunctions or any suspicious behaviors; reporting any suspicion of problem gambling; reporting any suspicion of organized and systematic money lending; reporting any suspicion of money laundering.

**_Selection Criteria_**
- A minimum of 6 months customer service experience in a fast paced, high-volume Entertainment, F&B or Casino based environment.
- Focused on cultivating a positive Customer Service experience
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Service industry experience and knowledge.
- Clear, concise and positive communication skills
- Sympathetic but assertive approach to actioning complaints

This role functions in a business that operates evenings, nights, and weekends, and as such full flexibility is required. The role will be expected to be available to work for any requirements within Aspers & this will mean evening & weekend obligations outside of ‘normal’ working hours.
