Front of House Steward

**Job Purpose**:
Are you enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent customer service and programmes within a theatre and concert hall?
Do you want to develop yourself as a theatre professional?
We are looking for someone who is honest, ambitious, takes responsibility and is accountable for service delivery.
- Key Duties Include:
- Assist with the facilitation of shows and events at the Palace and Grand Hall.
- Provide an exceptional Customer Experience.
- Undertake bar, box office and front of house duties
- Undertake a range of administrative duties.
- Work collaboratively with service areas and teams.

**Rate of Pay**:
Rate of Pay £11.25 - £11.41 per hour

This is an annualised hours post to meet the demands of our services, therefore your hours of work will vary weekly, with as much prior notice giving as possible.

Your pay will equate to 11 hours per week plus a 12.5%shift allowance.
