The Talent Acquisition Manager will be a key member of the HR and shared services team, supporting the Head of HR and Director of People.

You will not be involved in the day to day recruitment and HR, but rather take a step back and use your creative marketing skills to assess and determine appropriate methods and media that will lead to the strongest applicant pool for the business.

Elements of the role will include:

- Advice on relevant social media campaigns using LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and other avenues as appropriate
- Support and build relationships with hiring managers, offering clear recruitment strategies particularly to address difficulties with recruiting hard to fill vacancies
- Champion and promote Apprenticeship opportunities
- Contributing towards a smooth induction for all employees, enhancing speed and level of performance and aiding retention
- Take the lead on finalising advertising and campaign management, including preparation and sign off of final copy
- Work with the HR Systems Manager to assess the applicant tracking system, to improve it's efficiency and effectiveness and assess the level of engagement with demographics, recommending improvements to broaden diversity
- To promote and assist with maximising usage of the Preferred Suppliers List for agencies

You will sit within the shared services team and line manage the HR and Recruitment Officer. There will also be a relationship and dotted line between you and all of the recruitment officers on various sites across the group.
