The Trainee Pharmacist Position will be offered on a 12 month fixed term contract, split equally between Rosebank Pharmacy and Lancaster Medical Practice, a large GP Practice with a dedicated Medicines Management Team. We provide a structured training programme which is designed to support you in developing clinical and pharmacy practice knowledge as well as professional leadership behaviours. Training will be provided by highly skilled and experienced mentors. You will be assisted and be a part of a very dynamic team, ensuring your learning and development will thrive.
At community level, you will experience all aspects of the independent Pharmacy providing all essential services. At GP practice you will learn all aspects of clinical pharmacy including patient facing consultations, clinical audits, clinical examination skills and medicine reconciliation.
