**£25,000 - £35,000 + bonus + car allowance**

An exciting opportunity has been created for a land surveyor to work alongside the director, in setting up a new branch of this expanding company.
This company are based in Norwich, but in the last two years have taken on more work in the South East, hence the need for a new addition to the team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career, where they can grow with the branchand 'get first in the door' to reap the progression opportunities in the near future.
With the company being well established, there are endless formal training opportunities on offer, as well as informal opportunities, like absorbing a wealth of knowledge from working alongside the director.
In this role, you will be fully remote, attending site visits to carry out land surveys, site operations, data capture etcacross the South East.
The rest of the time, you will be processing work on CAD, assisting engineers with drafting, surveying notes, and detailing deliverables, whilst communicating with the director.
For someone more client facing, there is the opportunity to tap in to the commercial side of this role, to approach new clients to secure new work (however this is not a necessity).

**The role**:

- Carry out land surveys, data capture etc...
- Process work on CAD and do basic engineering calculations.
- Assist engineers with relative work
- Secure new work (if they desire)

**The person**:

- Driver's license (access to own car for probation).
- Minimum 2 years land surveying experience.
- Someone who's flexible and willing to get stuck in.
- Someone who is happy to work from home.
