With our core laboratory based at The Halo Building in London WC1H 9AX, we also have an expanding site in Manchester as well as smaller hospital-based laboratories across the country. We maintain rigorously high standards of quality, whilst also delivering efficiencies to healthcare through careful workforce planning, pioneering technology and significant investment in infrastructure and IT.**_About the role:_**
- An opportunity has arisen for a Medical Laboratory Assistant to join the Pathology Team at Hospital of St John and St Elizabeth. This is a small but strategically located laboratory next to the St Johns Wood train station.- The laboratory has the benefit of a multi-discipline repertoire in a moderately paced environment.- Working hours are between weekdays 7.00am to 9:30pm on rotation, plus rotation onto the Saturday shift, paid as additional to 37.5 hours.- This offers a good work/life balance for staff.- The role offers opportunity to develop additional quality control/assurance skills and responsibilities, health and safety practices, and various other internal and external training avenues.- Being part of the TDL regional labs group, staff are supported by and contribute to the other TDL regional labs functions in sharing input into troubleshooting, training, peer auditing, presenting training sessions and supporting company projects.- At TDL we offer a variety of excellent staff benefits including:
