Role:

- Dealing with customer queries or complaints with regards to issues they have with the product
- Listening to their concerns and then trying to resolve the issues within company guidelines
- Diarising site visits for contractors to deal with the problems they are experiencing and resolve to customer satisfaction
- Offering exceptional customer service at all time, being understanding, considerate and empathic
