MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST/CARE NAVIGATOR
30 HOURS PER WEEK + OVERTIME

Do you like the idea of a career move towards the NHS, particularly general practice or perhaps you’re currently working within the NHS and just fancy a change? If so, we are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive reception team to work in our town centre general practice in Trowbridge.

If you enjoy being busy, you love working with people and have some experience in a customer facing role then this may very well be the opportunity for you

This role goes beyond greeting and booking-in our patients as you will also:

- manage several administrative tasks
- handle high volume patient enquiries, both in person and on the telephone
- signpost patients to service or information sources

all while being a part of our team of clinical and non-clinical staff. Therefore, the ideal person will be computer literate to a high standard with the ability to multi-task effectively.

Previous experience of working in a health care setting is desirable but please don’t let this deter you because full training will be provided Please bear in mind that shifts are between the hours of 8.00am - 8.00pm Monday to Friday and flexibility is required to cover annual leave and sickness.
