My client is a well established, independent, family run business on the outskirts of Liverpool, with a great reputation for excellence in their field. They believe strongly in a great work/life balance and in a happy, harmonious team which in turn creates better client and patient care.

Due to continued growth, they now seek a Part-Time Client Care Assistant to join their wonderful team. The role will see you making a vital contribution to the front of house team, communicating with, and cultivating, a positive experience for clients and their patients. You will take a proactive and forward-thinking approach and help to deliver outstanding results, both in veterinary medicine and customer care.

The practice has a friendly, supportive and recently refurbished environment. The successful person will be someone who is friendly, personable and confident when building relationships with clients, both over the phone and in person. They will be someone who displays great attention to detail, is proactive and can use their own initiative. Duties of the role includes:

- Assisting with client queries
- Diary management
- Appointment booking
- Telephone answering
- Taking payments
- Administrative duties
- Uphold cleanliness and presentation of client facing areas

The role is a Part-Time role based on 25.25 hours per week (split into 3 x 8 hour shifts), and with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings from 8.30am to 1.30pm.

The practice are offering a competitive salary up to £11.25 per hour, dependent on experience, plus a great benefits package, which includes:
