Aesthetics Trainer

**Aesthetic Trainer** required for this premium equipment distributor in the Berkshire area.

Our client is an established distributor of aesthetic products, predominantly Laser, Body Sculpt and Hifu and they are looking for a confident Aesthetic Trainer who can help onboard their clients across the UK. This role is ideal for someone who loves faceto face client contact and is passionate about the skincare industry.

Responsibilities include:

- Create induction plans for each piece of equipment
- Delivering both group and individual training sessions both on site and remotely
- Assessing learners needs and adapting material accordingly
- Organising and planning visit schedule
- Focusing on quality learning outcomes
- Creating new material for new product launches

This role requires someone with outstanding communication skills and a background in training along with experience in aesthetics or beauty. The business provides excellent product training and opportunities for development.

**Package £30-35k + bonus + benefits**

Own transport required. Please note, this role requires regular national travel.
