1. To ensure that records within the HR service are accurately maintained in accordance with audit requirements and the Council’s policies, terms and conditions, and financial regulations.

2. To support in the preparation of reports and other documentation by providing HR related data.

3. To be responsible for the provision of data and information in accordance with statutory requirements, including responses to FOI and Subject Access Requests, and completion of data returns.

4. To provide support in relation to the implementation of organisational reviews, policies, processes, systems, projects and initiatives.

5. To contribute to specific projects and task and finish activities relating to the effective management and deployment of the workforce and the improvement of the HR & WD service.

6. To update and maintain appropriate systems within the service to ensure records and data are accurate and up to date and up to date reports are produced as and when required.
